Radeon HD 5870

AMD fanboy or the opposite, you're in for a real treat tonight (or today, depending on your time zone) as a little shaky camera and its owner have managed to shoot a few stills of what's very likely AMD's upcoming Radeon HD 5870 graphics cards.

Seen below all covered up by a black cooling system, the quite long DirectX 11 card features a 40nm GPU rumored to boast 1600 Stream Processors, 1/2GB of GDDR5 memory, CrossFireX support, dual DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs and a pretty fierce look. The imposing Radeon HD 5870 is expected to be released in Q4, hopefully a few weeks before Windows 7's launch, and may sell for $399. We'll have two please, one for each watering eye.
